INTERCEPTORS

A ride through space begins in Washington, D.C. Screen Vinyl Image, is an independent shoegaze/synth pop band heavily influenced by Depeche Mode. This is evident with the instrumental track "Synthetic Apparition," which is from the CD "Interceptors" released in January 2009. A "creepy" tale about aliens invading Earth. This track features a relentless dose of keyboards. This type of instrumentation brings out the eerie feel of the song.

Screen Vinyl Image, creates "space age" music that will make hair stand up on the back of the neck.

REMIXES

The journey through the galaxy continues with Screen Vinyl Image. The  independent shoegaze/synth pop band released their "groovy" follow up CD "Remixes" in March 2010. This CD also has the heavy  influence of Depeche Mode. Evidence of this is in the sixth track "Passing Through Mirrors." A futuristic sounding track about the stuggles of everyday life. people do not want to take a long, hard  look at themselves. This track features slight hints of "robotic" vocals, and more relentless keyboard instrumentation. These features bring out the "gloomy" tone of the song.

Screen Vinyl Image creates more "hair raising" synth pop music.
